About Us

Why We Built This Wheel

Back in 2020, a teacher friend complained to us about classroom management. She had 52 students in one room. Every time she needed to pick someone randomly, the same kids raised their hands. The quiet ones stayed quiet. She tried popsicle sticks – students stole their own sticks to avoid being called on.

She needed something fair, visible, and impossible to manipulate.

We looked at existing random pickers online. Most had annoying ads. Some lagged with large lists. None worked well on phones. None worked offline. And honestly? None felt trustworthy enough for a classroom where fairness really matters.

So we built this wheel.

What Makes Us Different

We’re not trying to build the fanciest tool with a million features. We’re trying to build the most useful one.

  • Free forever. No trials, no premium versions, no hidden costs. The wheel works completely free because random selection shouldn’t cost money.
  • Works offline. Internet dies in the middle of class? Your raffle location has no signal? Doesn’t matter. The wheel keeps spinning.
  • Handles large groups. 40 students? 60? 100? It doesn’t lag. Other tools freeze at 30-40 entries. Ours keeps going.
  • Mobile-first. Most people use phones, not laptops. We built this for phones first, then adapted it for desktops. Not the other way around.
  • Your data stays yours. We don’t collect names. We don’t store them. We don’t see what you’re spinning. Everything stays on your device. Your privacy matters.

Who We Serve

Our biggest users are Filipino teachers. They deal with 40-60 student classes, limited tech budgets, unreliable internet, and constant accusations of favoritism. This wheel solves real problems for them.

But we also serve:

  • Content creators running giveaways
  • Office managers doing raffles
  • Event organizers picking winners
  • Families making decisions
  • Anyone who needs fair random selection

If you need to pick something randomly and want people to trust the process, this tool is for you.

Our Values

  • Fairness first: The randomization is cryptographically secure. Every entry has exactly equal chances. No manipulation possible.
  • Privacy matters: We built this to never collect user data. Not because regulations forced us to, but because it’s the right thing to do.
  • Keep it simple: We could add 50 more features. But would they make the tool better or just more complicated? We add features only when they solve real problems.
  • Actually free: Free doesn’t mean free trial or free with limits. It means free. Forever. For everyone.
  • Built for real use: We test everything with actual teachers, actual events, actual users. If a feature doesn’t work in real situations, we fix it or remove it.

Where We’re Going

We’re working on multiple saved lists (so teachers can easily switch between different classes). We’re improving mobile performance even more. We’re adding templates so people can quick-start with common use cases.

But the core wheel? That stays the same. Spin. Pick. Fair. Simple.
